Animal cruelty is NOT a part of our cutlure and should be stopped. There are many so called "animal lovers" in St Maarten who talk a good game, but would NEVER do anything about the problem. There are good vets in St Maarten, but many are profit motivated butchers who base saving an animals life on the owners income.
